  Lousy customer service. Barely acknowledged us when we walked in. Made no eye contact as we were explaining what we needed. Said she’d have the quote in twos days and call us. Two weeks later I called them - still no quote. A week later I called and got the quote. I was told 4-6 weeks to get the stone. Ordered the stone. 8 weeks later I called and asked for an update, was told they would email the sales team and vendor and I should have a response in 48 hours and they would call me. A week later I called back - still had no idea and said they would email again and would call me with the information. A few days later I called again and “a miracle” my order was in! Went to pay for it after the weekend and the gentlemen was very helpful. The other clerk obviously knew who I was as she told him how to look up my order. She never acknowledged me in any way. My contractor went an hour later to pick it up and they couldn’t find the stone. He had to wait over twenty minutes for them to find it. I know I’m just a homeowner and it was a small order but if this is how they treated me then how badly do they treat their other customers. I would have found another vendor if I could have. It was a very frustrating experience and I will not use them again.

  We went into the showroomfor help and ideas. Just about the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

  Don’t waste your time here! Our company has had countless issues with material orders. It’s always some new person behind the desk that doesn’t know what they are talking about and they don’t listen to or record specific requests. They have given us defective materials, sold our special order materials that we have ordered and paid for to someone else before we even had time to pick them up, ordered drastically incorrect materials and cost us weeks on projects, and messed up delivery schedules on countless occasions. Every time we are forced to shop here we regret it and they make sure we remember why we do business elsewhere.

  Ordered some block on clearance and was told and charged a different quantity as expected. When we made our case that Stone Center still owed us only 5 units. Director of Landscape Sales said we were being disrespectful and it was uncalled for after being a long time customer. We asked ownership for an apology and to date we have not had one. We would like to be treated professionally and not treated like a number.
