For our pre Fall checkup BRYAN came & did a thorough investigation, replaced the filter & very politely answered all my questions. He is a very patient knowledgeable teacher. There was no charge for this call as it was covered in our service maintenance contract.

The reason I am giving only three stars is because my humidifier had been turned off without my knowledge during my summer tuneup by Dial One. So I was charged $89.95 to reset the humidistat which is in an obscure location and should not have been touched to begin with. I told Bradley that Dial One effectively disabled the humidifier and asked if he could waive the fee, but he couldn’t. I was glad it wasn’t something major, but I still think the fee should not have been charged.

I called One Hour and had Orlando, one of their techs, come out the same day, check the system, and explain everything that could be causing problems. Decided it was time to get a new system and their installers came and did a fantastic job. New furnace for the winter and a new ac for the summer! Everyone involved was respectful and helpful through the whole process.

When they came back to assess, they tried to tell me I should consider a new system as it’s getting old and repairs will add up. My system is 7 years old. This was an attempt to not back their work and blame the issue on a new problem. In my opinion, there should be a guarantee in their work and at least attempt to remedy the situation since it was just a few days from their own repair. I brought this to their attention and now have been ghosted with messages left but not able to talk to someone about my problem. To top it off, the prices are higher than average. I’d be willing to pay it for the convenience of a quick repair, but this whole thing has been very frustrating to say the least.
