I would highly recommend this organization for future HVAC needs!! One Hour replaced both the furnace and air conditioner units in less than 6 hours and left the house as clean as it was upon arrival. The agreed to price was very reasonable and great financing options were made available at time of purchase. It could not have gone any smoother.

Jesus explained what was going to happen and about how long an install typically takes to finish a furnace and AC install, asked if I had any questions. Jesus, Tyler and Josh went to work immediately. I have nothing but great things to say about how respectful they were to my home, how professional each of them were. They got finished in a really good time. They cleaned up everything. To be honest I couldn't tell they had even been here. Jesus explained what type of furnace and AC was installed. I was given the whole breakdown the day prior by Chad who came out for my estimate. His explanation was perfect so I already knew what was going to happen. I have been through 4 winters in this home and up until 2/27/26 my downstairs living space has never had heat, has never been warm. I am here to say that not only is my lower level warm it is actually hot. I am more than happy with my new system. The crew took good care of me. They all represented One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning very very well. Good job fellas! Now I can't wait to try out my new AC this summer!!!!

Unfortunately the salesman did not inform me the new unit was bigger than the old one and that I would be losing some of my limited closet space. I may have opted for a repair if I'd known that.

Very professional and knows exactly what he is doing. and always trying to give best rate and best service of course always available. I’ve called most of all the heating and cooling company in Clarksville. But one hour heating is the best in town with professional employees.

A technician, Robert came out, evaluated the issue with her geothermal unit, provided options for repair, and options for replacement. Very friendly and kind with my mom. Robert helped set up an appointment same day with an estimator, Chad....In short he was OUTSTANDING! Very patient with my mom and I as he provided several options. We ultimately picked the one that fit our budget and needs. Several payment options were provided. Install was scheduled for the following day AND completed without a hiccup! Thank you so much for One Hour and their team for taking care of us!
