He took the drainage stuff apart and found the clog and fixed it. He also recommended a product to help prevent future clogs! Kudos to Oscar for a job well done!

Jesus B. quickly diagnosed the problem, ran back out to get the part, and had the repair completed by 10am and the whole thing was significantly less expensive than I expected. Thankful to have heat again, the part replaced under warranty, and have it done so incredibly quickly on a cold day.

Roy showed me the filter and how to change it and gave a demo on the thermostat. I appreciated that as my old one was 29 years old and a relic. Both Roy and Sam were friendly and professional. I am in sticker shock from the price of the furnace but very impressed and satisfied with the installation. I am warm again! Thank you Roy and Sam.
