  Very very good service!! I got this thru duke energy but Lucas did a fantastic job..very professional and easy on the eyes :) would highly recommend to anyone needing water heater repair!!

  Lucas showed up to our house to replace our water heater the next day after we called. He was very professional and fast. He had our old one out and the new one installed and running within 30-40 minutes of getting here. Plus he also noticed an issue with our water softener and fixed that for us as well. Great experience and very painless. Would recommend to anyone needing water heater service.

  Mr. Water Heater sent personnel to my home within 4 hours of calling them to install a new 50 gallon gas water heater, new expansion tank, new copper intake pipe (which had sprung a pinhole leak), a new intake water shut off valve and a new gas shut off valve). They completed the project in about 1-1/2 hours (on a Saturday). The price they charged was reasonable and the service was excellent. This is the third time I have used them in the past 25 years, all with good results. I live in Pittsburgh, PA.

  Lucas just come out on a Saturday of a holiday weekend to make sure we did bot go with out hot water . He was nice and only took minutes. Thank you so much

  The price was very fair and the service and installation was stress free. The purchase and install was same day. Many options to choose from and the staff was very knowledgeable. My installer Lucas was on time and very respectful of my property. he explained the unit and how to maintain it. Placed a runner down so no debris or stains would damage anything. The refreshing to see business with hog treatment standards to its customers.
