- KLKimmie LNov 10, 20212.0I am not happy with the service I have received. I was sold on the thought of workmanship. Now I have to jump through hoops to get the work fixed properly. Yes, it is a 5 year warranty on the workmanship. I guess I have to wait to get the job corrections done. Just not happy with the back and forth and wasted time to get the professional service that I expected. I am very disappointed but what can I do now? I guess to continue to complain with the hope that the issue will one day be resolved. I know that I am not being taken seriously because I am a woman, but everything was okay until I signed the contract.
