My experience with First On Site was great. The first person they send out was Will Alumbaugh. He is was so easy to work with and showed up the next day on time. He explained everything and answered all my questions. He made me feel right away that this was a company I could trust. Within a couple days the project Manager Dale called me to set up a time to come and look things over. Dale as well was fantastic. He set up a time line for the work to be done around a very busy holiday time. His communication was excellent and delivered on everything he promised. The work was completed on time with the highest quality, exceeding my expectations. Dale and Will both followed up after the work was done to make sure it was up to my standards. If you are looking for work to be done, I could not recommend them more. Trust worthy, easy to work with and top quality results!

Don’t trust them at all , they did me and my husband wrong . They had come out in march to fix a leak form the rain it gets fixed and then a mouth later it leaks again so we call them back to fix the same issue they do . Lets just say it keeps repeating itself from March to October
and they wanted to keep charging us for every time they had come out The people that did our house were very unprofessional and the subcontractors they hired are not better . Thanks to my mother in law we fixed the roof . Turns out it was a nail the had missed

Long time family friend that had this company try to restore a home after a small contained fire. To be honest the work they tried do was appalling and embarrassing. Just because you help your buddy paint his grandma's kitchen or put a bookshelf together you're not a painter or a Carpenter. From what I've seen and not try to put anyone's work but stay away from this company

We had first onsite help us with our house after an unexpected flood just 2 weeks after moving in to our brand new home. We can’t get over our prompt, professional, educated, and tidy the entire team was.
If you need a restoration company - don’t call anyone else. We had one other restoration company look at our issue before first onsite did, and they were incredibly slow to get back to us, and not nearly as thorough. I am so thankful we found first onsite.
Pat, Trey, Jake, and Gage are good people and absolute rockstars at what they do. They gave us SO much peace of mind. Now we can sleep at night knowing their team took care of us. Book them!
