While she was here, she inspected the garage door track and made it more straight and tightened the loosen garage door chain. The door works soo smoothly now!! I appreciate quality customer service. Jacquline provided that today. She told me she wanted to service my garage door in the same manner as she would service her grandmother’s garage door!!! Wow!!! That’s refreshing!! I’ll be using EIC for my garage door needs in the future and requesting Jacqueline!!!
