  EIC and Jaclyn were amazing. They were very clear and fair on their pricing, and their communication and customer service were great. I needed two springs replaced, and Jaclyn was in and out in about 30 minutes. I would highly recommend.

  Jackie is great and really knows her stuff. Our 25-year-old garage door opener decided to quit and she was out the next day. Her trip charge is reasonable and she even knocked that down for us since it wasn't a difficult job. Bottom line: we'll be back when we need a new opener!

  Jaclyn was on top of it! She provided not only great communication but great service. EIG beat the competitors price by 25% and I couldn't ask for better service! I will use EIG for all my Garage door needs.

  Jacquline is fabulous!!! She provided above and beyond quality service today at my home when she replaced a broken garage door entry key pad. While she was here, she inspected the garage door track and made it more straight and tightened the loosen garage door chain. The door works soo smoothly now!! I appreciate quality customer service. Jacquline provided that today. She told me she wanted to service my garage door in the same manner as she would service her grandmother’s garage door!!! Wow!!! That’s refreshing!! I’ll be using EIC for my garage door needs in the future and requesting Jacqueline!!!

  Jaclyn was our service tech. She was polite and extremely knowledgeable and professional. She addressed our problem and installed new rollers on two doors. We would give her 5 stars. And recommend her to family and friends . Thank you Jaclyn.
