- DMDoris MarogilSep 6, 20251.0Drexel was hired for a full kitchen remodel down to the studs. They cracked the drain pipe behind the kick plate when installing the new plumbing to kitchen sinks We had an active leak for 8 weeks before it was discovered. they claim “we did not touch that specific part of the pipe” so we are not responsible. Repairs to replace all lower cabinets and part of the flooring is about 40k. We now have leaks in the kitchen sinks. 6 months after the start we still have incomplete work and repairs. Avoid this company at all costs. Now we are going to court. I wish I could post before and after photos. The response below is a lie. When you modify existing plumbing when you are supposed to replace ,and damage the pipes in the process how can you not be responsible??
- DHDS HAug 6, 20255.0We did a master bathroom remodel with Drexel. Cindy and Matt really listened to what we wanted to accomplish in this redesign and made it happen. Cindy and Tealeigh were very helpful in picking out all of the tile, vanity and countertop choices from their showroom in Carmel, where they had a big selection. Cindy was involved from start to finish in every aspect of this project. Matt's construction crews were hard working and completed the project within the timeline we were given. The tile crew were exceptional at their trade. Mark the installation manager was responsive to any question or concern that we had. All of the people involved at Drexel were easy to get ahold of and to communicate with. This project went smoothly and there were very few snags. We are considering renovating a secondary bathroom with Drexel!
