He assessed our roof, assisted us with contacting our insurance and giving them the proper information, was present during the insurance inspection, and worked with our insurance rep to make sure our claim would cover the cost of the work that needed to be done. Additionally, Citadel coordinated the all the needed supplies and scheduled the crew. He was super friendly and helped explain things to my wife and I (sometimes multiple times when we forgot) so we were aware of the process and understood what was happening. We never felt pressured or scammed in any way, and the repairs were completed promptly and professionally by the Citadel crew. All in all, David and Citadel were a tremendous help for us in dealing with insurance and getting a new roof paid for. I recommend them highly.
