- KKKevinAug 19, 20255.0The best home contractors I've ever done business with. The job itself, two skylights in a room that needed the roof reframed, went smoothly and flawlessly. They handled all carpentry and roof work quickly and masterfully. Three working days and I had the finished room. They were intelligent and honest about what was and wasn't feasible, including advising against projects that would have harmed my house. Every question I asked, they answered promptly. They were transparent about pricing, which was all very reasonable. My living room is completely transformed; previously dark and unpleasant, it's now bright and full of life and energy. Skylights are a wonderful home addition, and these guys are the best team I can imagine to hire.
- WOWalter OffenAug 11, 20251.0I called this company on July 29, 2025, asking if they would be willing to install the diverter with rubber gasket into the ceiling opening of two 22" Velux sun tunnels. He indicated he would, and told me he would text me later that day asking me to send my address. He did not do that, so I sent a text to him on July 30, giving him my address and asking for a response, to schedule a date & time. Today is August 11. He never responded. Ironically I had this same issue back in 2018 when I needed help with a transformer replacement that powered 2 skylights. He refused that work, and I ended up finding an electrician who hooked up the new transformer. All I can think of is this guy (Randy), and his company, only care about large commercial projects. For any homeowners wanting a skylight or sun tunnel, I suggest going to the Velux website and choosing another installer. That is what I am now doing for my small project/repair. _________________________________________________ To respond to your response, you never replied to my text indicating that you were ordering the parts. And I don't know how you knew what parts were needed as you did not come to my house to see what was needed. So you can cancel your order of parts. I've reached out to another Velux accredited installer.
