  I reached out due to a potential issue with my existing furnace. I was seeking a second opinion, and, to get a quote for comparison-sake. I have had an existing relationship with my present HVAC company for more than 30 years. The Comfort Advisor (Aaron) that I met with could not have been more kind, helpful, informative or transparent. A separate visit from a Technician (Tom) was equally as impressive…and helpful. I could not be more impressed with the two individuals that I met with….or more thankful for the help and information that I received. They went above and beyond and I greatly appreciate it.

  Excellent Emergency Service, but Pricey Parts! I had an emergency furnace issue and called Chapman Heating & Cooling. They were able to send a technician out within a few hours, which was a huge relief. The HVAC tech was professional, knowledgeable, and quickly diagnosed the problem. The repair was done efficiently, and my furnace has been running great since. The only downside is the cost of parts during an emergency call—pricing was significantly higher, over 50% more than typical retail. I understand emergency service comes with a premium, but the markup felt steep. Overall, the fast response and quality of service were excellent. Just be aware of higher-than-normal part costs if you need emergency repairs.

  Brandon Sweetman showed up on time, walked me through the drain auguring process and expectations. Then ran the drain machine and cleared the passage, telling me when to expect a follow up visit same day to run a camera and confirm the blockage was cleared. The follow up appointment came a few hours later, calling ahead and ran the complimentary camera service, showing me the condition of my pipes. Very timely, personable, and professional.

  I had been away for a few weeks and returned home to discover an issue with our sump pump. It was after hours, but we needed help quickly. We reached out to Chapman Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing, and they had a representative at our house by 7:00 pm. Over the next hour, Israel Garcia Rodriguez assessed the situation, provided a detailed explanation of the solution, and got right to work. He was courteous, professional, and efficient throughout the process. Thank you, Chapman, and thank you for your excellent service, Israel!

  We highly recommend Chapman. Our heat went out during the heavy snow and bitter cold. Tom came to provide service and found a cracked heat exchanger (our furnace was 38 yrs old), which he showed to us. He was so nice and told us it was not safe and due to age, we would need a new furnace. He called immediately to have a rep speak to us about our options. Larry was at our house that afternoon and was just as personable and professional as Tom. He never tried to pressure us or sell us more than what we needed. He told us installers would be at our house 9AM the next morning. Victor & Abner arrived promptly @ 9 and 4 hrs later we had heat. Victor explained everything we needed to know about the furnace and thermostat. They were so polite and professional just as Tom & Larry were and did not leave on thing for us to clean up. All in all, a pleasant experience.
