  After a different plumber couldn’t do the job, I called this business, he showed up approximately 30 minutes later and managed to repair the water heater in under 2 hours. Will be going through this business from now on !😊

  Scam. They know their overpriced prices ahead of time, and they can tell you before sending out a technician. They have a flat charge for each service. Clogged sink is $500, gas leak is $800, etc. They’ll try to tell you they can’t diagnose anything over the phone but the truth is it’s always a minimum of $800 for a gas leak and it can increase from there. No reason they can’t just tell you that. I even asked what the price difference would be for a full gas systems check and just a simple repair in one spot and the answer was $800 for both :) So any of that “can’t give you price on the phone” is nonsense. They want you to pay the $90 for the guy to come out and tell you the price that he could’ve said over the phone. Manager was also rude. I tried explaining my frustrations and he wasn’t interested in listening at all and hung up. Great customer service….

  Brent Rodgers installed a new water heater in our home. It went out on a Saturday and Brent came out to take a look and installed the new one on Monday. It’s never a convenience when an important appliance decides to quit working, but Brent was thorough and explained the entire process before installing the new one. He was courteous and made sure that we understood how the new water heater works and the maintenance process that will need to be done on an annual basis to ensure the water heater lasts. Our old one lasted nearly 20 years. We hope to get 20 out of this one.

  They do good work but but recently the communication about when they're coming has gotten very confusing. For instance, I went to go meet the plumber and when I got there, I got a notice saying that he'd already been there. I called the office and they said that he was on his way and he'd give me a call when he got there. I never got a call. And then I got an email asking me to review my experience??

  I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, especially Seth Yazdzik. I needed a sump pump discharge PVC repair, and it had to be handled late in the day, which can be stressful but their team was incredibly accommodating from start to finish. Seth was truly amazing. He showed up with a positive attitude, took the time to explain the issue clearly, and fixed everything efficiently and professionally. Beyond his technical skill, his kindness, patience, and genuine care really stood out. It’s rare to find someone who not only does excellent work but also makes you feel at ease while doing it. I’m more than grateful for Seth’s professionalism and dedication, and I appreciate Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for having such outstanding people on their team. If you’re looking for reliable service and someone you can trust, ask for Seth… you’ll be glad you did!
