We recently had the pleasure of working with B&W Plumbing and their electrician, Bruce Carpenter, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Bruce was incredibly knowledgeable and immediately diagnosed the issue we were having. What impressed us most was how thoroughly he communicated with AES on our behalf — he went above and beyond to make sure the problem was being addressed properly and without delay. His professionalism and dedication gave us real peace of mind.
We also want to recognize Cameron Kelly, who visited our home initially. Cameron was kind, professional, and set the tone for the excellent service that followed.

We purchased B&W's maintanence club in June 2025 which essentially included two HVAC tune ups, 10% discount on any repairs and filters to be included as clearly laid out on contract. On the first service, the tech asked if the filter was included so he went to the store to purchase. However, on the winter maintenance, the tech explained the company stopped providing filters back in October 2025. Our contract with them is one year and it was supposed to cover the filters for 2 maintenance visits. When we called, they stood firm on their decision that no filter will be given based on a new policy even though it was contrary to the terms of our contract. I talked to Chuck and he just dismissed what was written on contract- said "he had to draw a line in the sand". It was not even about the filter anymore, it was the issue of HONORING what was written on the contract when we signed it and paid for it. The winter tech empathized with our concern but was unable to fix the management level issue.
If B&W can not honor this basic component of their contract, what will they do if there was a more serious concern. The fact that they explained they have had similar concersations about filters with 2,500 customers says everything. I could understand adjusting the terms at renewal after the contract is satisfied, but this action breaks the trust moving forward.

I highly recommend B&W! They came highly recommended from a colleague at work. While another plumbing company quoted me thousands of dollars to redo the whole upstairs bathroom due to a leak, B&W came out and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than 2 hours. Since then, I’ve signed up for their home (furnace, plumbing, electrical) maintenance program and love their work. I cannot say enough good things about this company!

I used B&W for the first time and have finally found a reliable plumber !!! Got home from out of town and my sump pump was making loud humming noise like it was running but not emptying the pit. Dave came out and diagnosed the issue and a new sump pump was needed. There was also another major issue because the outside drainage pipe was frozen and there is no access under my new deck. He resolved the drainage issue with a temporary solution. I could not be happier !!! Dave is experienced, professional, friendly and communicated everything so I knew his plan and cost. Both Dave and Jeffry were hard working, polite and respected my home. I will use them for all future plumbing needs and I will recommend to my friends.

I’ve worked with B&W for almost a year now, and they’ve been outstanding across every service call. They installed our hot water heater last January—in the middle of winter—and handled everything end-to-end: clear options (including upsizing capacity), fast installation, cleanup, and disposal. They’re consistently tidy, punctual, and great at updating us on arrival times, progress, and follow-ups. Pricing was also competitive.
We’ve since used them for HVAC tune-ups, plumbing, and electrical inspections. Every technician has been professional, knowledgeable, and willing to answer all my questions. Their reports and write-ups are clear and thorough. I’ve never felt pressured into a maintenance plan; I asked about it myself because their service has been so solid, and the value has been great.
They’ve even helped with a few no-cost troubleshooting items, like water pressure issues, which was incredibly helpful. During this summer’s heat wave, they were able to send someone out quickly to diagnose and fix our AC without any upselling—just honest root-cause analysis and great follow-up to ensure everything stayed working.
Their HVAC tune-up was especially great—they left us with several high-quality filters (one per month until the next visit), and they even offer things like salt drop-off for water softeners. The admin team is also fantastic at scheduling, especially when something urgent comes up, and they work around our availability.
