He was happy to come replace our leaking water heater on a Sunday afternoon, so that the work would be complete before our out of town holiday visitors arrive Monday. A pleasure to work with. I typically have Darren as my tech and he is so patient with all my questions and always makes sure I understand the problem before giving options to resolve it. Was told a part would be ordered Monday, it is Wednesday night and we cannot get a hold of them and they have not given me or my landlord an update (I believe customer service 101 from any company means you kind of keep the customer informed on what’s going on especially with big issues). so just be careful using these guys because they have been very good to us in the past, but they’ve been cold turkey on this big-time issue this time around. What is crazy? This is not like their typical character so a little bit surprised on this one. Getting to 60 inside at night for 4 consecutive nights, feels like I’m camping and my dog does not appreciate it since she has very short hair.
