  I called and within less than 24 hours of my call Avery Franklin from A-1 Mechanical heating and cooling came out to my house and fixed my broken down furnace, it is below zero outside , freezing cold, and the heat was out, but thankfully this company, Avery to be more specific was able to get to me and my young 7 year old son, and fix our furnace very quickly, I don’t think this could be done any quicker than it was and it’s worth every dime in this weather. The job was diagnosed and fixed all within a couple hours, and the house is nice and toasty again, I am very appreciative, I definitely recommend you hire these people they’re very good, Avery installed a new Gas Valve unit in my furnace, and it wasn’t super expensive

  Grant is an absolute lifesaver! During a severe winter storm, my furnace went out and my house was quickly becoming dangerously cold. Grant came out on an emergency call in terrible weather without hesitation and got my heat working again when I needed it most. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient, and he took the time to explain what was wrong and how he fixed it. What really stood out was his attitude—calm, kind, and genuinely concerned about making sure my home was warm and safe before he left. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to their work and their customers, especially under such challenging conditions. Because of Grant, my family and I were able to stay warm during the storm. I cannot recommend him highly enough and will absolutely request him again in the future. Thank you, Grant, for going above and beyond when it mattered most!

  Call them for my new home to be balanced, and Avery was such a knowledgeable. Technician explained a lot to me and completely changed our comfort level with the heating downstairs where we had our issues highly recommend.
