  EarthSmarte water system is amazing! It’s maintenance free and the water taste just like Fiji water. I wish I would have known about this sooner, some people may be shocked about the price but I promise you.... it is worth every penny!

  We were looking for a comprehensive water treatment system that did not use salt. We found it with EarthSmarte. Very pleased with everything from our initial meeting with Heather who explained the charcoal filtration system in great detail to the professional installation crew. We had our system installed Nov. 2020. The crew leader has been installing these systems for over 30 years first for Heather's dad and continuing now with Heather in Indianapolis. Top notch folks. Highly recommend them if you are in the market for this type system.

  My wife and I came across this company at a county home show in central Indiana. We were building a house and were excited about using this product as we did not want a salt system. We also liked the idea of a higher pH drinking water. There were other less expensive, non-salt alternatives but we felt like this was the right choice for us. When our home was finished we scheduled our installation and made the final payment. After handing over the check, we were informed, as an afterthought, that the filtering and hardness elimination system produced a fine grained calcium carbonate by-product that would need to be removed from any surface that came into contact with the treated water. We were told that this was a very simple process requiring little effort. However, it requires a great deal of constant maintenance to keep dark colored quartz countertops and glass shower doors looking clean. In addition, the powdery substance is impacting functioning of the Keurig and other hot water brewers. The system needs another filter to remove the by-product. Although the water is very good tasting, the maintenance far outweighs the benefits of the treated water. I should have done a better job of researching this product. AS a follow up to this review, the owner of EarthSmart came to ur home to discuss the review. There had been some miscommunication concerning products that should be used to facilitate removal of the carbonate. We were given some tips to use, such as reducing hot water temperature to reduce the buildup. We are very grateful for the time she spent with us and for the assurance that if some point in the future we were not satisfied with the product, EarthSmart would work with us to get us a system that would satisfy our needs. We are confident that won't be necessary!

  We had a good all-around experience with Heather and the plumbers who installed our EarthSmarte system. Heather is very knowledgeable about water purification and was able to answer all our questions. It takes a bit of getting used to how our shampooed hair feels after a shower, but boy do we enjoy the peace of mind that comes from knowing that we're not absorbing so many contaminants. And being able to drink clean tap water is an absolute joy. We're saving money in perpetuity on bottled water and don't have to schlep 5G jugs, plus our water is healthier anyway! All in all, this has been a positive experience and we thank Heather and the guys for excellent service and a top-notch product.

  From the very beginning my experience with EarthSmart Water was exceptional. The system was explained very well, all appointments were on time and professional. I love my water system!!!! I no longer buy any water. I no longer have build up on my shower heads, faucets, ect. It has saved so much time when cleaning!!! I think the thing I love the most about the system is how my skin feels!!!! Amazing!!!!! I would buy it again in a heartbeat!!!
