  Ron and Beth A. were very helpful in solving with an issue I had with matching cabinet colors. Beth did a great job troubleshooting my issue and Ron provided me with technical information that I needed. They are both very personable and great communicators. I highly recommend Drexel Interiors. Make sure to ask for Beth or Ron.

  I had an exceptional experience with Drexel Cabinets from start to finish. From working with Ann, my designer—who was knowledgeable, thoughtful, and truly attentive—to the delivery team; every single person we interacted with was kind, prompt, and highly professional. Communication was clear, timelines were respected, and the level of service made the entire process feel seamless and stress-free. It’s rare to find a team that combines great design and genuinely fabulous customer service—but Drexel delivers on all fronts. Highly recommend.

  We worked with Michael Wheeler. Michael helped us select the hardware for our kitchen and bathroom cabinets. He did a great job. Michael was very thorough. A good communicator.

  Drexel was hired for a full kitchen remodel down to the studs. They cracked the drain pipe behind the kick plate when installing the new plumbing to kitchen sinks We had an active leak for 8 weeks before it was discovered. they claim “we did not touch that specific part of the pipe” so we are not responsible. Repairs to replace all lower cabinets and part of the flooring is about 40k. We now have leaks in the kitchen sinks. 6 months after the start we still have incomplete work and repairs. Avoid this company at all costs. Now we are going to court. I wish I could post before and after photos. The response below is a lie. When you modify existing plumbing when you are supposed to replace ,and damage the pipes in the process how can you not be responsible??

  I was there for 20+ minutes and no acknowledgment to say we'll be with you or offer of help. 9 people inside with 4 of them busy on the phone...I was the only customer. I guess $10,000+ of cabinets and possible flooring wasn't worth we'll be with you in a few or can I answer a quick question even if it was an accountant not a salesman.
