  Why even consider going to a big box store? Let Brothers handle it. We hired them to replace all of the tile and carpet on our main level, and after looking at several options, we’re very glad we chose Brothers. From start to finish, the experience was excellent top-notch sales support, quality installation, and helpful guidance throughout the entire process. They stayed on top of everything and made sure the project went smoothly, even when we hit an unexpected delay due to issues hidden beneath the flooring. They were flexible, responsive, and easy to work with every step of the way. Talk to you next year when we are ready to do the upstairs!

  When we walked into Brothers Floor Covering I immediately knew we were in the right place. So kind, patient, and tons of samples that we could take home to “try before we buy”. Our new carpet looks amazing and is so soft. Bonus: While they were installing the new carpet I asked about a small defect in one of the LVP planks in a different area of my home (not installed by Brothers). That one plank has bothered me for years. Not only could they fix it, but they had someone out to my home in 2 business days to fix it. The repair is so seamless you would never know there was a repair completed in the first place. They are not the cheapest quote we received but you get what you pay for. These guys are like floor magicians. Do not look elsewhere. They will be our only call for any flooring needs in the future.

  Our experience with Brothers Floor Covering was excellent from start to finish. Andrew measured our space for new carpet and provided estimates on the spot. He was also able to answer my many questions about carpet options and the install process. The install team was very careful with our property and did a great job. We're really happy with our new carpet and will use Brothers for all of our future flooring needs.
