  We really enjoyed working with HomeSense - we have used them for several years now and they always do a great job. Very good communication, timely, and a great service team. Max helped us out today with our spring service but also a needed A/C repair.

  I woke up this morning to a very chilly house and a furnace that wouldn't start. I didn't think someone would be able to look at it today, let alone have it fixed, but they responded to my request for an appointment very quickly and had a time frame set for a technician to come out. Aaron was very knowledgeable and was able to determine the issues quickly. He was transparent when explaining the different options to fix it and didn't try to upsell anything. My dog was even happy with Aaron and kept looking out the window for him when he left.

  I had a great experience with HomeSense. Bruce was exceptional. He came out and diagnosed the problem right away. He came back and got the situation at my house fixed. He was very professional and courtesy. He took time to explain the problem and then let me know what he would do to get it fixed. I would and will recommend HomeSense if you need electrical work done.

  They came out to look at a kitchen sink not draining. They gave a price range that was very reasonable on the low end but the high end is what you would expect from a company like this. They were very professional and did an amazing job at making no mess. They also educated me on what I can do in the future to keep my plumbing in great shape.

  I called B&W back in 2001 and had them do some work regarding burying my sump pump line because it kept freezing.I was very pleased with the work that was done back then. Now in March 2026 I called them again to do some work finding a break in a sump pump line in another place. Dontril and Justin repaired two places and did an awesome job! Both men were very nice, knowledgeable, pleasant to deal with, repaired the breaks in the pipes and cleaned up everything with no problem. B&W has the great service and knowledge again in 2026 just like 2001 ! I will call and request Dontril and or Justin again when i have a need in my home. Highly recommend (Home Sense) B&W for all of your plumbing needs.👍☺️
