We had a great experience with this company! After our roof leak, they installed a new roof, and completely redid 3+ rooms in our house. They were quick, professional, and communicative. They went above and beyond!

I had damage to my roof from storms that caused the ceiling in my kitchen and bedroom to collapse. After viewing various online reviews of roofing companies the one that really stood out was Bob the Builder. I filled out an online survey on their website and within an hour a representative of the company had contacted me. The two other companies I contacted never responded at all. I spoke with Tom who asked me some very general questions about my roof and took down all of my information. The next day Wes showed up and inspected my roof and took a ton of pictures. Then Tom let me know because of the damage to my roof caused by the storm this would most likely be a great opportunity for repairs with homeowners insurance. Tom sent me photos of the roof, and other areas of my home damaged by the storm and talked me through them. He then even told me how in his experience the insurance company would respond. Tom really hand held my wife and I through this whole experience. They made it impossible for the insurance company to deny anything. The insurance settlement was so large we were able to put a new roof on the house and new vinyl siding with fascia and trim. New gutters were also installed. Bob the Builder also repaired the ceilings in my living room and kitchen. These to were completely covered by insurance also. The work by all of the craftsmen is impeccable and the crews were incredibly hard working and friendly. In a very short amount of time our home was completely transformed. Several of our neighbors have asked us what company did the work as they were considering some repairs themselves. Without hesitation I tell them Bob the Builder. They are the finest company I have ever worked with and I will only use them in the future.

Tom and Wes have been fantastic. Very prompt and professional. The work was completed very quickly. (10 days or so) Rebuild on chimney tuck point and water proofing. Also trimmed out a window AC unit in the wall. The work was top notch no nonsense attached. Will definitely be hiring for future projects.

Frequently Asked Questions About Bob The Builder, Inc.

What signs can I check for inside the house if I think my roof needs to be repaired?

To assess potential roof damage from inside your home, inspect your attic for any visible sunlight penetration. Additionally, look for dark spots or streaks on ceilings, areas where the roof appears to sag or slope, and any indications of water damage. These signs may suggest the need for roof repairs.

Will my insurance premiums go up if I file a storm damage claim?

Insurance companies are not permitted to cancel your policy or increase your rates solely based on a storm damage claim. However, if numerous claims are filed in your area simultaneously, overall rates in the region may rise. It's important to note that insurance rates can fluctuate regardless of whether you file a claim or not. If you choose not to file a claim, your individual rate increase may end up covering the cost of other people's storm damage repair claims.
