Dude calls the day of says he's going to be a few hours late due to truck issues, okay fine whatever it happens. He shows up, measures, tells me he'll get back to us in a couple of days. Never heard anything a week later. I called, left a voicemail. Nothing. Called again, nothing. 3 weeks later decide to give one last call and someone picked up and said that the guy was out of office and he needed to be there to give me the quote because they weren't sure and that they'd tell him to call me the next day. It's been 3 days now since then. Like we really need a fence before winter and it's been a two months process now with these people and STILL haven't got our quote. Maybe their work is good but their communication is awful, they're unprofessional, and I'm over it. Clearly don't care about their customers or gaining new clients.

- JKJerome KotelOct 26, 20203.0Waited for several months to get the fence put in. Once it was in it looked nice. However in under a year one of my poles is pulling out of the ground. My wife called about a month ago and still no one has come to look at the issue or repair the issue. Not happy with the response time. Still waiting for them to come look at a post that is pushing up. The gate has to be lifted to open and close. Still as of 12/9/2020, called them im August and every few weeks after. I was told on the phone that no one had stopped by bc they had not been in my area. Mind you I live about 8-15 miles from where their business is. Updated my rating to 3 stars as the post has been fixed and the fence swings open and closed freely.
