He rolled his window down and continued to hang out the window for 15min in traffic. 48 degrees out. He then exhibited road rage. Holding his horn down for 20+ seconds and tailgating for several miles swerving back and forth in his lame IN TRAFFIC. You cannot convince anyone hes not on drugs. Normal people don't act this way. I added the photos of the driver to the Google images for reference.
