  Masters was professional throughout the entire experience. Steve took his time looking at my home to quote it properly, and the estimate was delivered in a timely manner and well presented. Their costs and financing options are also very competitive compared other companies that quoted me for the same job. On the day of install, my tech David Boswell, brought a great energy despite some delays that were out of his control. He and his assistant worked deligently and put a focus on the aesthetics of the job without me needing to ask them to. We had a multi zone mini split system installed and they installed it exactly how I pictured it in my head. I highly recommend Master’s for jobs like this!

  Masters did an excellent job of installing my daughter’s air conditioner and furnace. Steve was very thorough about all the services that would be provided and cost. The technicians did an excellent job of installations and cleaned up after they were done. David was great with his installation of the water softener and in-serviced us on filling and what salt to use. The office is easy to call and get a hold of anyone we need to talk to and very responsive to our needs. They keep their word on when they’re going to be there and they’re very timely. Would highly recommend them.
