Once he finished his work, he explained what was done/needed and was straightforward. It was just an annual check up but still appreciated his personable approach and positive attitude! Thanks again Sam for making sure our home will stay warm and cozy this winter!! Masters has been providing us great service now for several years now and we have never had anything bad to say. Techs are always polite and respectful. They never make us feel like we’re inconveniencing them when questions are asked. I have referred a few people their way and have always been told “thanks for suggesting Masters. Great company!” So to say that I am grateful and appreciative of your company only scratches the surface. Thank you a hundred times over!
