  Just had someone Doing a service to my furnace, that No Service done by S&S per.Agreement. After buying a New furnace and Air Conditioning unit.. just found out today I have a (Trane furnace /American Standard Unit So, I Guess I got a "Gold standard furnace" and a "Silver Series unit outside..." Nobody Ever told me that, (I Didn't understand why I Didn't getAnd to Answer the Email that was sent to me a page long!! Number one you" (Guys Reuse all the piping from the 90% efficiency in the attic & you reuse the Condensation pump without replacing) That was Your Decision, Not Mine and Nobody told me it could go out Etc... but Don't forget We Saved you All the Labor Running All the pipe up in they'll Addict and the Condensation pump and the Thermostat which "You would Normally do on an Install " And you still got your $11,000 So you come out Pretty Good !! .. And Wasn't Miscommunication ..Nobody told us we should have been Advised to go a (15 or 16 seer) with a two-stage unit that would have took care of all the humidification Issues, Instead of trying to Enlarge your valve on the see if that would work because other Steps weren't Done... Instead needed a bigger TXV valve on the A coil when we could have went with To 15 or 16 Seer 2 stage would have helped the Cooling process" and also to match my American standard furnace (Gold status we should have had a Gold series) instead of silver series air conditioning unit outside for matching units.... Not downsizing our Air Conditioner outside to a 13.2 .. Brian wouldn't have to Call Adam three four times and find out what we're going to do because, all these other Steps should have been Done because we didn't wouldn't have to do these other things to try to Get rid of the humidity!!! More moisture from the a Coil.. Instead of a Silver Series 13.2 air condenser unit outside low on Efficiency....??? So Everything ,' I said in my first comments was the facts and undisputable.& Unrefuteable!! matching sets.. Gold for Gold. ETC... just found out "My Furnace was Mfc. June of 2021"- A Unit been sitting around For 3 years!! Before came Out to My House.. No one told me that I wasn't getting a "Brand New furnace "it was Already 3 years old before the 10-year warranty!. I wish we began with Adam come to my house doing the sales so I know exactly what I was getting instead of Brian a technician that did most the work made the concluding deal without transparency all the way through... Nice people but will Not Deal with them on a Service Related issues!!. Especially asking (three times for the check my furnace out ) when you just purchase it you should have got a (free furnace checkup) and AC but they didn't do it..!!!! My opinion I would not recommend him in reference to being a Small Business & you're not making sure the customers Happy and getting merchandise brand "New Instead of out of their Barn" So they come ahead $$ Not Value The Customer without Good Communication.... End up paying $50 today because it Didn't get done and Serviced by the S&S Heating Company & After install a year and a half ago.......
