He tried to tell me he didn’t have to stop because there is a medium he saw kids crossing the street could’ve killed someone’s kid good job nine star.

The power outages and power surges occur frequently. Customer service representatives simply regurgitate word salads that are meant to appease and get us off of the phone. We will be canceling our internet service and switching to another company since that is our only way to show Ninestar our displeasure.
