If you’re considering an energy evaluation, I highly recommend Ninestar, and especially Matt. His professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for customers truly set him apart.

Today, July 30 at 8:00 AM, we waited for the technician as planned — but no one showed up, and no one called. We contacted customer support, only to be told that no one could locate the technician assigned to our installation. Eventually, we were informed that the earliest possible reschedule would be August 4. This is unacceptable. The entire experience has been deeply frustrating — not only is it incredibly difficult to schedule an appointment in the first place, but even when one is finally set, the company completely fails to show up or communicate. We rearranged our entire day, delayed work commitments, and waited over three hours for absolutely nothing. It’s disappointing, disrespectful, and shows a complete lack of professionalism. We now regret not going with a more reliable provider like AT&T or Comcast from the start. NineStar’s service has left a very bad impression, and I will be posting this experience on all major review platforms. Very dissatisfied

Force you to go through them then will charge outrageous prices like $1100 a month for electric just because they can and then will force you to pay an extra $20 for some ninestar foundation donation that they won’t tell you about either!! They will take your money for all they can.
