    If you want a professional experience I recommend this company. From start to finish from salesman to installer. It could not have been a better experience. Also very punctual if they said 8am Friday morning, they were there at 8am

    Amazing from start to finish, April was so helpful on the phone and put in the extra effort to get someone out to us today with our heat being out in these negative to single digit temps. Our Tech Jacob was such an amazing and impressive professional. Great around the family including the little kids and animals, even put up with me and a curious as I can be! Expertly explaining what was going on, where we are trying to get, and long term solutions. At the end of the day they got our heat back on, last minute on a Saturday for a fair service call price. I look forward to navigating what the replacment of this 16 year old system will look like with them. A great local company that really does care with not only their words but their actions!

    I called them for a furnace issue late in the evening. They couldn’t get someone out to actually fix the issue, but had a tech drop some heaters until they could get back the next morning. They showed up earlier than expected, and took care of the issue. I would recommend them.

    My natural gas furnace had quit working again for the 2nd time in about a month and a half, and with temperatures being really cold outside and forecasted to remain that way in the coming days I needed to either get it fixed or replaced a.s.a.p. as I was having to use 3 electric space heaters to keep my warm enough so the water wouldn't freeze. I had saw signs and advertisements for Clark Home Services Heating & AC, and read their reviews. So I decided to give them a call on a Sunday night to try to get help. To my surprise I didn’t get a recording! A person from the company answered the phone and explained that their schedule was such that they could have a technician out at 8:00 am the next day. I had given them my contact information & the next morning I received text with a photo of the tech when they were in route to my house. They came out and assessed my particular situation, & with my furnace being 29 years old it wasn’t worth pouring more money into it as I’d put about $380 in it 2 years ago. So I opted to install a whole new system as my ac unit was also very old too. They did some calculations and presented me with about 5 different options & prices, then I picked a system & price I was comfortable with. Then they explained how the installation would go, checked with their scheduler for when, & for the equipment availability. After that they informed me they could come out the next morning to begin taking out the old system, & then install the new system. As stated above they texted me when each of the technicians were on their way. They got started after arriving wearing boot covers, laying down a cover over my floors, very professional. By late that afternoon I had a whole new system installed and working .They had a person come during the day & took away all of the old system. They cleaned up after they were finished, and showed me how to use the new wi-fi thermostat, asked me if I had any other questions about the installation, answered those questions. Then said If I had any later after they leave to just contact the company, which I did have a couple of minor things I noticed after they’d left which did not effect the operation of the unit, but after them they came back out promptly the next morning they addressed and fixed those concerns to my satisfaction. It was a very positive experience.Thanks to all the employees involved! From Donnie, & Danny, to both Jacob’s , Brady, Drew, & Nate!

    Donny Thompson was awesome! This was a second estimate for a problem I was having with my Waterfurnace E-Series geothermal closed lake loop system. Initially, I explained the code light on the machine and possible causes based on my AI review indicating "water flow." This generally relates to the lake loop. The diagnostic yesterday said I was low on Freon which was causing the issue and I would need to replace the coil or get an entire new unit for approximately$25,000. Not the case. Donny found that there was a slight leak in the loop at the test port and over the years, the loop lost enough fluid to not pressurize properly. Primary issue. He filled the loop back up and stopped the leak. He tested the system and it worked perfectly! Back to normal pressure. He did end up adding some freon but said I likely did not have an evaporator coil leak as the first guy said. So instead of a $2800-$5000 repair, it cost me about $450. GREAT SERVICE! THANK YOU!
