I was shocked to see they had a system that let them send texts to us when they were on their way, that was awesome. It was a very cold morning and Clark’s tech, Tyler, he showed up promptly and was very kind, very professional. He did a thorough inspection, found the problem and our heat was back on within no time! Very affordably priced plus Tyler let us know about Clark’s’ maintenance plan to keep our furnace and AC running top notch all year, it’s affordably priced as well and we’ll get to have peace of mind that our unit is maintained! Just an outstanding company, I am so impressed. Don’t think about it, just call em!

I was provided with the financing option that allowed me to make the needed repairs. When they came out to do the repair Donny and his partner were very thorough and what they did and the system now works well. It was a good experience.

And the technician... where to begin... not only an on time arrival, with shoe coverings :) and a thorough inspection of what was causing my issues... but just as much if not more importantly to note.. Bryan White also provided me with patience in answering my questions and detailed explanations.. coming across as not only professional and knowledgeable in what he does.. but in such an honest, genuine, & kind manner! So nice to see there's still companies and their employees out there caring about the customer service they provide! Absolutely above and beyond what I imagined for a furnace service call experience, resulting in my truly wanting to take the time to give this review and highly recommend to others!

He adjusted my elect outdoor furnace so instead of being 60db indoors, its now only 45db indoors (tollerable, still noisy, not sure if its made that loud, or has a lingering problem... not sure many would buy a machine they can hear inside, across thier house intentionally). He mentioned someone would need to return when it warmed up a bit. Hoping they can dial it down to around 25db indoors! Thanks Nate!
- DRDonna RileyDec 16, 20255.0We called Clark's Home Services for an estimate for a humidifier to be installed. Bryan show up, very nice and pleasant to talk to. He ask why we wanted a humidifier, I told him I'm tired of getting shocked turning on lights and that our house was at 20% humidity! Brian answered our questions plus he checked out a few things on the furnace. Turned out there where 2 filters, one was hidden, that furnace was working itself to death! We learned a lot from a technician that cared enough to show us about the furnace! He cared, that is why we are having Clark's install our humidifier!
