  The guys working on my house were very kind, and professional. I had new siding, windows, sliding glass door and soffits and gutters put on. Looks beautiful and very happy with end results.

  The salesman who came out for the quote was knowledgeable, friendly, and truly the highlight of this company. Unfortunately, the rest of our experience has been frustrating. We were quoted 6–8 weeks for a slider, and we’re now at 20 weeks with no proactive updates. Any information we’ve received has only come after my husband repeatedly calls and plays phone tag to track someone down. We had planned to replace all the windows in our current home this spring, but given the lack of communication and customer service, we’re hesitant to move forward. This isn’t our first experience with the company either. In our previous home, we had a full-house install and were promised locks on the slider for child safety—something listed on our quote—but when installed, they weren’t included, and we were told that feature didn’t exist. Additionally, one set of dining room windows arrived incorrectly, requiring another 6–8 week wait for a separate install. Bottom line: Prices may be competitive, but be prepared for potential delays and communication challenges.
