  The installation went very well. It was fast and they cleaned up great. Zack was very knowledgeable and did a wonderful job. Randall who did the sale was very complete and helpful during the process of choosing the windows and door selection. This was the second time we have used them and I fully recommend them with confidence.

  Very bad experience. Randall was my salesman. Told him I am retired navy and asked for quote for bathroom window. Told me repeatedly “Just want to be honest and forthcoming with you” during the initial meeting. Proceeded to give me quote for $2300 for a 4x4 foot window. No written quote. When asked which Polaris window tells me Dynaweld and that it’s the top of their line. Some research tells me not only is it their budget cheap line, but they were charging $2300 for a $300 window that would take like 6 hours. Proceeds to play dumb with me and ignore me when I ask for written quote. Be warned. Ask the question which window they installing, get a written quote, and research the window they are trying to push on you to maximize profit margin. Great way to treat your Vets!

  We solicited quotes from three other companies, before choosing Energy Efficient Replacements. This company could deliver exactly what we wanted at a reasonable price. At our first meeting our salesman, Sammie, walked us through the whole process. Zach and Taylor did an excellent job installing our new sliding door while taking time to explain the steps used to insure proper installation, leaving the site super clean. This team is great to work with.

  The sales process with Sammy was great and professional. He showed me all my options. I chose the Sunrise windows. Zach was my windows installer for full frame replacements and he was incredibly good and professional. Austin and his siding crew were very precise. They used labor levels to be sure all siding was level and matched up. The properly flashed the bottoms parameter. I couldn’t believe how much these guys knew and they did not take any shortcuts. I have done many hole remodeling projects over my years and have never seen such a professionalism team of people. I would highly recommend!!!

  We had four windows replaced in our living room November of 2024 and the glazing strip was messed up on one of the windows. We addressed it to them and they told us that the part was ordered and they would be out as soon as it came in to replace it. Well a year went by and I kept getting the same response so I called and asked to talk to the owner and left him a message. He came out and was nice and removed the damaged glazing strip. He put a temporary one in while he was waiting on the new one to come in. It’s been several months since that was happened and I just called today and was told that they have the part but can’t find it because they are in the process of moving and preparing for shows. I contacted the owner and left messages and haven’t heard anything either. Extremely disappointed in the entire experience and would not recommend to anyone.
