  The first phone call to Atlanta at EER convinced me to find out more about the products and services offered. The consultation with Sammy was very informative. The window samples provided the visual needed to make the decision to move forward. The installation was smooth and efficient. Zach and Jim worked tirelessly to complete the job in a timely manner. All employees were friendly and helpful. I recommend this family owned company to anyone considering window replacement.

  We contacted several companies for quotes to replace multiple windows that were long overdue. Randall was our final appointment—and honestly, a breath of fresh air. After sitting through multiple high-pressure sales pitches, it was refreshing to meet someone who didn’t push for an immediate decision. Randall was the only representative who corrected our terminology and helped us realize that what we actually needed was the less expensive option. He was also the only one who took the time to truly inspect our windows, explain what was happening with them, and clearly walk us through the differences between what we had and what would be installed. That level of honesty and education went a long way. High-pressure sales is the fastest way for me to write off a company, and Randall was the complete opposite. He let EER speak for itself. After choosing EER, another company we had met with reached back out asking if we were ready to sign. I politely told them we went with EER because it was the better deal—not meaning the lowest price, but the best value. That response led to multiple follow-ups, including fear-mongering voicemails from both the owner and COO, warning us that we had made the wrong decision and offering to drastically lower their bid if we changed our minds. That behavior only reinforced why we chose EER in the first place. Randall earned our business purely on merit, transparency, and professionalism—not pressure. We felt confident and respected throughout the process, and that made all the difference.

  The two gentlemen that installed our new slider replacement door were very professional and kind. They did excellent work. We would recommend this company and would look to them For any future improvements for our home.

  I own a window company in the Chicago area. My friend’s daughter lives in Indiana and I don’t do installations that far. I contacted My MI Sunrise Rep and he turned me onto Energy Efficient Replacements. They came out to my friend’s daughter’s house gave her an amazing price and a perfect Installation!

  EER did a fantastic job installing eleven new windows in our sunroom. Jason was incredibly informative and helped us choose the right high-quality window model, answering every question along the way. We gathered multiple quotes, and EER offered the best price for a truly premium product. Their installer, Zach, and his team did outstanding work. Zach went out of his way to explain every step of the process, which was super helpful, and their attention to detail during installation was obvious. They were respectful, careful, and made sure everything was done perfectly. Overall, 10/10! We’re extremely happy with both the windows and the installation, and we’ll definitely be working with EER again.
