  We had four windows replaced in our living room November of 2024 and the glazing strip was messed up on one of the windows. We addressed it to them and they told us that the part was ordered and they would be out as soon as it came in to replace it. Well a year went by and I kept getting the same response so I called and asked to talk to the owner and left him a message. He came out and was nice and removed the damaged glazing strip. He put a temporary one in while he was waiting on the new one to come in. It’s been several months since that was happened and I just called today and was told that they have the part but can’t find it because they are in the process of moving and preparing for shows. I contacted the owner and left messages and haven’t heard anything either. Extremely disappointed in the entire experience and would not recommend to anyone.

  I had my sliding patio door replaced and it was very obvious the installers are very good at what they do. I couldn’t be happier with the work done.

  I was looking for someone to install some siding and trim for my home and had a referral to contact Energy Efficient Replacements, to which I met with Sammy Mikulyuk. He worked with Austin to help me out, from a prior experience and situation. Austin and his crew, were amazing and understanding. I can’t speak highly enough for their company and quality of work. They were very polite, personable, and professional. I would highly recommend Energy Efficient Replacements! Ask for Sammy!!

  We had 9 windows replaced by EER, 7 inserts and 2 larger windows installed. Austin was great to engage with during the sales process. He showed us options and easily explained features of each. We selected Sunrise for our new windows. The installation exceeded our expectations. Zach lead the installation team. He communicated regularly with us both prior to and during the installation process. Zach’s quality of workman ship was impressive. Even our building inspector commented on Zach’s great work. Definitely would recommend EER and will consider them for future projects.
