While getting onto the bypass, your employee was driving aggressively, tailgating me while road conditions were already bad. The roads were slick and unsafe, and instead of driving responsibly, they chose to ride my bumper and put both of us at risk. This kind of reckless behavior is unacceptable and extremely dangerous. I hope this gets addressed before someone gets seriously hurt.

No communication, no responsibility, no professionalism! I don't know how they stay in business? This would have been a job for several thousand dollars, both times! I will leave it at that.
