  Performance Plus always does an amazing job cleaning our Habitat homes when we sell to a new homeowner!! The family is able to move into a sparkly clean new place to live. Thank you for always being so meticulous when you clean!!

  I joined the Performance Plus team in September 2025, and working here has been an incredibly fulfilling experience. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt right at home. The welcoming atmosphere that began during the interview process only grew stronger once I became part of the team. Being part of a family-owned legacy and a women-owned business has been truly inspiring. Everyone on staff is so hands-on and supportive—you’re never left to figure things out alone. I’ve had the opportunity to work with every department, and each one reflects what teamwork should truly look like. Our operations team is so hardworking and really puts in the work not only required but beyond. I may have missed the first century of success, but I’m thrilled to be part of the next one!

  Performance Plus did an excellent job stripping, waxing, and buffing my office VCT tile floor. Donita & Delmar completed the job in a timely fashion, were professional and respectful, and really cared about doing the job to the best of their ability. Everyone I spoke to at Performance Plus was helpful and took time to answer any questions I had. Even Veronica, their estimator, was accommodating and very kind. Thank you everyone for a great experience!
