This goes to show how committed Dugan is to their customers and their comfort. (Our heat wasn’t working without being in auxiliary heat - and the price increase? No thank you!) He walked us through EVERYTHING that he would or could be doing - gave us multiple options to fit our budget - but still get our HVAC/Heating system working well again. There was no haggling - just straight forward honesty. He never tried to tell us - “You need a new system. Give me your money.” Can’t recommend Dugan enough! 🍀 Their signs are TOP notch! 💚
