They did cut my carpet in a one area line for contractors to perform subfloor work which took less than 30 minutes to perform. Then they charged a 4% surcharge on my credit card This sounds extremely ridiculous. I can have a licensed plumber electrician and hvac come over for a lot less I should have asked what their service call fee was prior That’s on me. However will just goto Lowe’s or Home Depot for the future.
