    We shopped around several places for carpet for our entire home, Home Depot, Lowe’s, and Burtons, to compare pricing, options, and installation timelines. We decided to stop into Burtons just to see a few different styles, and we’re so glad we did. Not only did they have the exact carpet options we were looking for, but the entire experience just felt better. We expected Burtons to be much more expensive, but the pricing was actually very comparable to the big box stores, if not better when you factor in the service. The carpet was delivered and installed in under two weeks, and the installation team went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly and on schedule. The owner even stopped by our house the morning of installation to check in personally. That level of care really matters. We’re extremely happy with the entire process, the service, and the quality of the work. Highly recommend Burtons!

    Everyone at Burton's Flooring has been invaluable through the process of installing new hardwood floors in my old 1870s house in Franklin.     I was charged 250 dollars for them to come to house and give a quote. They did cut my carpet in a one area line for contractors to perform subfloor work which took less than 30 minutes to perform. Then they charged a 4% surcharge on my credit card This sounds extremely ridiculous. I can have a licensed plumber electrician and hvac come over for a lot less I should have asked what their service call fee was prior That’s on me. However will just goto Lowe’s or Home Depot for the future.

    We did an extensive search for an expertise flooring company. The entire crew did an outstanding job. There were a few hiccups along the way but it was all taken care of.
