  Dugan Air is a great company to work with! Wonderful customer service! We purchased a new system from them last year. We had maintenance done on the system today and our maintenance tech, Mark, was great. He also installed an air scrubber that we asked for the day before the appointment. They made the install happen! Thanks Dugan Air and Mark!

  Dillon is thorough, meticulous, and honest. He does not try to sell something I don’t want. Even though he does not sell Hot Water Heaters he noticed, since water heater is next to the furnace, that there were parts melted on top of water heater. Had he not shown it to me I probably wouldn’t have noticed. We had the company who installed the water heater come and check it out. Thanks for letting me know Dillon. Once again you have gone over and above. I truly appreciate the job you do. Dillon is hands down the best HVAC person we have ever had.

  We had a great experience with Dugan Air from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. They worked efficiently while still taking the time to ensure everything was done correctly. I especially appreciated how clean and respectful they were of our home—they left the work area spotless, which made a big difference. Communication was clear throughout the entire process, and they answered all of our questions with patience and honesty. Overall, their reliability, attention to detail, and high-quality workmanship really stood out. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for dependable and trustworthy HVAC services.

  Brad came to check out the condensation coming from the bottom of my indoor A/C unit. Diagnosed the issue very quickly (clogged drain) while also doing a diagnostic check on everything else. I asked him a ton of questions and he graciously talked me through what he was doing and answered all of my questions.

  We've always had great service from Dugan and last week was no exception. Brad and Mark arrived on time to do the bi-annual service to our mini-split A/C units and were professional and curteous from the start. They listened to our concerns and worked diligently to make sure everything was functioning properly, even finding a solution to a unique problem we were having with one of our unit's motors. Instead of replacement, they found a means to reset it, saving us $$. Always a good thing!
