When you call to take the equipment off lease, you receive a confirmation email. Equipment has always been delivered on time, fully operational and met our requirements.
- JSJoseph SchaperJul 29, 20221.0I rented a roller for my site and they delivered a machine that was leaking oil everywhere. Sent out a service person twice and never fixed it. Oil leak was so bad that it was mess trying to even move it out the way. Who rents a broken machine and take the person's money? That's theft.

Preston in the shop was also very helpful in finding parts and hooking up the trailer to our truck as well as showing me the in and outs of the equipment that I rented. - TGThat 1 guyMar 18, 20181.0[PLEASE READ] While the lift we used could have had a better battery, this company DOES NOT PROVIDE ANY SAFETY HARNESSES. Being a certified forklift operator and not receiving one is very concerning. WILL NOT be renting from here until something changes about that. 25+ feet up and no harness? Sorry but no. Safety SHOULD ALWAYS BE #1 shame on you united rentals.
