  We were extremely pleased with our experience with TruChoice Roofing. Your representative came to our home and explained your products after surveying our problem with the leaks in our roof.Having had several others come before, I must say his presentation was by far more informative and he took time to make sure we understood how they would handle our problems.He made it easy for us to make our decision. I must also say that he made every effort to move our project along very quickly too. On start day Dan Wilder was there early and explained what they would be doing and about how long it would take. He made sure my wife and I surveyed the completed work to make sure we were happy with the outcome. I will be recommending your company to anyone needing roofing replacements or repair. I consider your customer service to be top notch and it would be very difficult to beat. Thanks for doing a great job!

  Shady company. The guy who came out seemed nice enough at first. Then the games began. Like most sales people they tell you how they are not like others and want to take care of their customers. Then he gave us his estimate via email (which had an “discount” on it) and immediately said he wanted to call his scheduler to see if they “had quick openings” that could give us a discount. “Miraculously” his contact said they could get us in but we had to commit and would give us an additional $2k off. Only thing is, the estimate, without the discount, was DOUBLE what all 6 other installers had quoted. So the additional “discount” was a joke. Even after that they have been relentlessly texting and calling to get us to pull the trigger. Even getting rude in messages. We explained an issue that came up and the pushiness stopped for a week and started again. DO NOT TRUST THEM! Pay attention to similar games and don’t get pushed or played. Do your homework and get multiple estimates. UPDATE: Even after this review and the companies response we are STILL getting calls! My wife had to threaten a law suit. Clearly the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing…

  When the wind blew the fascia off our house we were worried about potential damage. We called truchoice roofing and Ryan came out to assess the issue immediately. They were prompt, professional, and gave us an amazing deal! It was fixed right away and done so well I can’t even tell where the original damage was. I am so pleased and grateful for Ryan and Seth’s excellent service and I’d recommend them to anyone who needs roof and siding repair in Fort Wayne. They are an excellent company with integrity you won’t regret calling them!

  My experience with TruChoice was fantastic from the start, and I was so impressed with the education, care, and personal communication I received! Josiah was my main point of contact and I couldn't recommend him more. His attention to answering all of my questions in an honest way gave me so much confidence in him and this company's ability to do the job right. I highly recommend them if you want to have a company handle your roofing project who will dot every I and cross every t and give you peace of mind throughout the whole thing!

  I was approached by a door-to-door walking salesman from TruChoice. While I don't normally hear solicitors out, I knew I would need a new roof sooner than later. I got an appointment set for an inspection/consultation for a week later. The inspection was very detailed; Josiah was very informative and helpful showing all the issues and things that would be fixed or upgrade with the new roof. My only complaint with this process was two things: 1.) I was never asked for permission to run my credit score as a hard-hit; I could only tell by the information I had given him that he was doing it for financing options. 2.) the high pressure tactic to agree sign on. Any signs or words I gave of hesitation to wait one night to decide over investing a lot of money were met with persuasion to commit. I never had time to get quotes from any other company. However, after committing, I was very pleased with the quickness to get the job done (2 days after consult) and the actual speediness of the job on the day of. Tear off and replacement of the roof including serveral deck boards on my house and back garage/shed was done in about 4.5 hours. Communication was excellent; I was able to easily text about questions or issues. Overall, I would still recommend this company. I believe they used all the necessary high quality materials and craftsmanship to hopefully make my roof last the next 40+ years.
