  I had a great experience with Keith. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very respectful of my home. Keith took the time to clearly explain the issue with my plumbing and walked me through the repair options before starting any work. He worked efficiently, fixed the problem right away, and made sure everything was cleaned up before he left. What really stood out was his honesty and attention to detail. It’s not easy to find a plumber you can trust, but Keith definitely earned that trust. The whole process was smooth and stress-free thanks to his experience. I highly recommend Keith and the team at Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling if you need reliable, high quality plumbing service. Would definitely call Keith if another issue arises!

  We’ve had Summers come out to our house several times for a variety of issues, and they’ve been helpful and friendly each time without fail. Shout out to Keith with the plumbing team and Jarrett, Montou, and Adam with the HVAC team. Keith came up with a creative solution for us when we were in a tough spot with the plumbing in our new house. The HVAC guys helped us get our heat up and running, and proceeded to come back multiple times to check in as a courtesy when we noticed a lingering noise issue. They were thorough in explaining what they suspected the issue was, and I feel much more confident and comfortable with the equipment going forward. You’re all legends!

  Technicians were polite but estimate for water softener and installation of the system Summers sells was the highest one we received (more than double a few others). Water testing for hardness came in way higher than 2 other water tests we had done. We felt that this was a "hard sell" situation when it was not necessary. We do not want the "manager approval" game or "deal" for a better system that is more than what we need. Also the "maintenance" contract for our other systems (HVAC, etc.) was being forced upon us as part of the deal. In addition the quote for installing if we purchased was much higher than others we received from comparable companies. We have used Summers in the past for a relative's house and did not experience the hard sell approach.

  Getting two start because they were able to come out same day my water heater was seen to be broken and replaced it the next day, however, now my kitchen sink is leaking and tech knew about this since that day a month ago and has not tried to fix the issue. Then the billing department is sending me past due notices that I haven’t paid when I set up a payment plan with their third party carrier like I was told to do. When calling to talk to someone in billing for the second time because they were supposed to call me yesterday and never did, or dispatch to get a guy out to fix the leaking sink, the phone rep “doesn’t have the ability to transfer to anyone” What is her job then? Why can’t I speak to anyone? If I had the foresight to see this, I wouldn’t have went with this company to replace my water heater. I am losing faith fast in the professionalism and reliability of this company.

  We had a small leak on the floor near our water heater. He arrived at 8:20 AM and left around 8:55 AM. For less than an hour of work, and Jace replaced a copper fitting and we were charged $610.06. I understand labor for the HVAC technician, I understand a $99 trip charge. Copper fittings can't cost that much. I do not understand that much overhead and profit. I called and their billing department said that they "Don't charge per hour, we charge per job." That doesn't make sense. I am waiting on a manager to call me back for more explanation. Edit: 2:16 PM: Matt the general manager called me back and told me they charge the same rate for an hour of work and a job that will take all day since they don't know how bad the issue is. I am still waiting on David the plumbing manager to call me back. Still waiting on a call about a $105 credit that was available on their website. Edit: They came out the next day and replaced more PVC with copper piping to justify the price tag. They did a great job. They also watched the meter for a slab leak for us. Great service. Edit: 03/10/2026 - a week later, they still have not cancelled my transaction and refunded me a $105 credit.
