  These people are awesome. They are extremely helpful in parts and service. They will help you in anyway and they will answer any questions you have. I definitely encourage everyone to check them out

  I've dealt with Rudd 3 times on different pieces of equipment I had, each time I got charged for mileage that was not even close to accurate, and their labor charges were nearly double the actual time spent on site by the service tech, 1.5 hours somehow turns into 3... the price quoted for parts was OVER DOUBLE what I bought the exact same new volvo part for from another dealer, I talked with rudd about this and was told it's fine if I never come back since my small (3500.) Job is pretty much a pain for them to mess with, needless to say, I'll never be back, ever. Bye rudd!
