- THTina HouserFeb 13, 20262.0I was very pleased with my technician and my furnace cleaning and price... until I got the bill for potential issues that "may pop up". When I read they thought of charging me over $500 for a hot surface igniter (a $40 part), I about fell over! But wait.. it doesn't end there... there MAY be another part that needs repair.. A primary limit switch... (a $10 - $50 part) with another $400-$500 price tag... inconceivable. I'll do business elsewhere.

We value our employees and their family time, so we do charge $129 after 6:00pm and pay them more to come out - but we do service all hours and days!
