  I have been an Invisible Fence customer for over 25 yrs and it’s been wonderful for all of our dogs over the years. My complaint is about the store front hours. The website list daily hours but when I went to buy new batteries, the sign in the door said by appointment only. I called and they only have hours on Fridays and the first appointment was in 2 week! I just need to buy batteries! It’s very frustrating! It was a better company when it was locally owned.

  Fine when it works. A nightmare to get fixed when it breaks. 4+ weeks for someone to come out. Can’t fix yourself because of proprietary components. Complete lack of support online, by phone, or in store (even visiting the store requires an appointment days out). Atrocious. Fortunately, we have only had a couple of issues in 12+ years at two houses. But when we have an issue, it should not take a month to resolve. Is very frustrating that there is no way to self service when their technicians are scheduled 4+ weeks in advance. After having an invisible fence for over a decade, we are used to having the dog stay in his yard. Layer on a couple of teenage kids and + friends going in and out, & it is hard to retrain everyone to make sure the dog stays inside. It has been a couple weeks waiting for service; we have had our dog slip out 3-4 times in the last couple weeks, and unfortunately, they have not stayed in the yard. We are on a busy road; luckily the dog has been ok & thanks to Apple air tags and a phone number on his collar, we have been able to get him back.

  We acquired a new adult dog this past fall. After joining our family, our new addition exhibited some anxiety issues that made her appear to be a vicious dog at first. Molly’s Support and Expertise Molly played a crucial role in helping us address these challenges. She guided us through the process of helping our dog feel comfortable and secure, both with accepting us and adapting to the fence. Molly demonstrated exceptional patience throughout the journey. Building Trust and Success Thanks to Molly’s knowledge and her patient approach, the situation turned out to be a huge success. Our dog made great progress along her journey to trusting humans. We are deeply grateful to Molly for her support and dedication!

  Love this franchise. The employees are awesome. The field techs want to know your dog(s) and hear their story which helps them decide the best way to work with them. This is not just a job for them. They truly love dogs. We have had the same tech for 6 years; this says a lot about the owner!
