  I’m speechless. Our cellar flooded and it took out the circuit board and our hot water heater. Needless to say we needed help! When the technicians installed our new water heater it immediately started flooding carbon monoxide into our cellar. When we bought our home 13 years ago it had been flipped by a group that cut many corners. This one could have taken our lives. The water heater was vented to the chimney they flippers then discovered the chimney was leaking; so they sealed it and capped it off. Yep! They were really looking out for the future buyers. The techs alerted us contacted the manager and told us they needed to put a different heater in (which would add about $1200 to our bill) they gave us a steep discount, I was in tears at the generosity of their service. Words can’t express our gratitude! It is so nice to know there are people out there who have a heart! So grateful for heat and hot water again!!!

  Patrick Easterday was very nice and quick… my furnace was not working for a couple days and I made an appointment and was scheduled the next day. He I missed his called since 7am but he was still around my location a little after 3pm.. he managed to reach me a couple times and even came by and knock my door but I was asleep. I got ahold of him when I woke up and he came in a couple mins and got it fixed! $99 was worth it!

  We have Home Comfort do our bi-annual heating and air conditioning check ups. Lidwin Garcia is our requested tech for these visits.   David freygang was the technician for my ac maintenance. Showed up on time. Was very friendly to talk to and knowledgeable about his job. Would highly recommend him for any further work needed.

  The technicians are always professional and do a good job with our maintenance and repairs. Thank you for you expert advice related to my sump pumps. The technicians get a 5 out of 5. Customer service, your ai answering service and how home comfort experts handle emergency service gets 1 out of 5 stars. I should not be told by the robot that the tech will call 30 minutes prior to arrival or that I have 24 hour emergency service calls *for 5 dollars* included in my paid service agreement. My initial call was at 01:30, my follow up with customer service was at 07:30 when I was told by the live agent that the tech would not be at my house until the afternoon. 6 hours later is not 24 hour emergency service [ this implies that if a pipe bursts in the middle of the night someone is ready to help within a reasonable time) 12 hours definitely is not emergency service. Fortunately it stopped raining and the water stopped rising in the pit and the techs showed up at 08:30 to fix the problem.
