  Excellent service from begining to end of the job. Mr Kurt took my phone call for a quote and was very transparent and detailed with the process and got me immediately a tech on a Friday evening to be able to fix the garage. Chris was punctual on his time arriving, very profesional, respectful and his customer service is outstanding. He was very detailed explaning all the process he did. Honest and transparent, advising us about the best choices, because the garage springs are already six yrs old and the door was terribly slow and loud noise opening and closing. The quote was very fair and less of what other places quote me for changing only one part. Thank you guys!!!

  Company was quick to set up an appointment for a broken spring. The technicians were very professional and explained everything that they would be doing and provided maintenance tips to prolong the life of the garage door. Quick and reasonably priced as well, would highly recommend.

  If I could give 6 stars I would. Garage door wouldn’t open this morning and I was running late for an appointment. Kurt and his crew answered the call and were on site in less than 30 minutes and less than another 30 minutes had the door operating perfectly. This is why I have relied on UpRight for years. I wouldn’t recommend any other company for your garage door needs.

  The best customer service I've ever experienced! Our garage door would not open on a Friday night after hours. Not only food I speak to a person (not a robot) but they also came right out and fixed my door. I had a follow up issue and Chris came right over on Saturday to check it out. He was so nice and polite on the phone, worked around my schedule, listened to my concerns when he arrived, and fixed all issues. I can't say enough good things about this company. Thank you Chris for everything!!!

He didn’t hesitate—he arranged for a technician to come out the same day, even though it was toward the end of their workday. The technician arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue quickly, and had the new spring installed in under an hour. They used standard replacement parts, properly disposed of the old broken spring, and backed everything with a 1-year warranty on both parts and labor. What really impressed me was how thorough they were after the main repair was done. They didn’t just fix the spring and leave—they took the time to carefully inspect the entire door, lubricated all moving parts, tightened every bolt, and even noticed and replaced one cracked hinge at no extra charge. The door now operates smoother and quieter than it has in years.
