Preston in the shop was also very helpful in finding parts and hooking up the trailer to our truck as well as showing me the in and outs of the equipment that I rented. Being a certified forklift operator and not receiving one is very concerning. WILL NOT be renting from here until something changes about that. 25+ feet up and no harness? Sorry but no. Safety SHOULD ALWAYS BE #1 shame on you united rentals.
