  The tech took his time checking everything over and explaining how the system works. He didn’t rush and made sure things were working while he was here.” And even discovered we had a heat pump which we didn’t know so that’s pretty exciting

  Summers was the only place to quickly respond to an after hours service call. Cooper and Justin came out to look at my furnace at 6pm on a Saturday and did what they could to try to repair my furnace. The cost to repair would have been significant and my furnace was well over 20 years old so I opted for a replacement system instead of putting more money into the old system. I was able to get an install scheduled within 2 days of my old furnace breaking. The two install technicians, Noah and Grant, were incredibly professional and knowledgeable. They answered any questions I had clearly and effectively. They explained various parts of the install that were relevant to me like when to change filters, how the system worked, what they were going to do for the install, etc. Additionally, Noah and Grant were very respectful of my home and had personable, friendly attitudes. I would definitely recommend Summers to my neighbor.

  We have been using Summers for several years now, and they have always been very responsive to our needs. Chris Kirian was especially helpful and gracious getting the furnace up and going again, while our pesky dog barked at him the whole time. He was very kind and honest about the cost of throwing money at an old furnace vs. the cost of a new one. We will stick with Summers when we purchase the new hvac system and refer them to others.

  Summers does an excellent job providing HVAC services. I recently had routine maintenance schedule (part of the maintenance plan) for my furnace and Darius Morgan was the technician. Darius was very professional and polite and did a great job communicating on the condition of the furnace and the work he conducted. He also brought up a potential upgrade that would provide long-term benefits to the HVAC system, but wasn't pushy about us purchasing it. He just wanted to let us know that it was available. I will be continuing to use Summers for my future HVAC maintenance.

  I am severely disappointed with my experience with summers heating and cooling. They worked with my heating system a few weeks ago at which time it was working . They told me I needed to replace two pretty expensive parts so I did. They did not complete the job and I had to have them come back out to complete to get all registers working which they failed to do. Now my system is completely not working and I have went 3 days now with no heat and they brought me space heaters and told me sorry we don’t have a lot of experience with your brand but we are looking into it and basically we can’t figure out what’s wrong with it. I looked up the error code it’s throwing in the manual and suggested he replace what it’s saying. Apparently now he’s going to try that and go from there.. I’m just dumb founded at the incompetence. If you didn’t know how to work on my system you never should have taken my money from the beginning. Now I don’t know if I even replaced parts that needed replaced and if it was done correctly or if they caused more damage, they have done little to nothing to fix this issue and I am worse off than I was in the beginning.
