  I had Zander from Summers complete my yearly furnace tune-up. He was excellent and provided me explanation every step of the way. Even provide me photos of the before and after. He gave me items to watch out for in the future. I wish I could have him as my technician every year.

  Our furnace was serviced today by Justin York. Over the past ten years I have observed several technicians work on our heating system. Justin checked parts of the system that no other technician has ever looked at. He took pictures and explained what he was doing. Justin York was by far the best serviceman who has ever worked on my heating system.

  Justin York was the technician that diagnosed my furnace issues. His service was excellent, very informative and friendly. He did what he could to get the installers out the same day! He went above and beyond to help me. I would highly recommend his services. I would also add that Noah was very thorough and friendly. I would suggest him for an installation!

  Adam came to my home on TU morning and took the necessary time to examine the furnace/heater in minute detail. We noticed the heater was new in 1984, so 42 years old. He said some bearings seem to be worn out and some other parts might need to be replaced AND reminded me that nothing lasts forever....recommended a new one, more efficient with a good warranty. Then Adam contacted his boss and explained him the situation and lucky for me that a new heater lowas installed the same day in the afternoon. So far everything is working OK and my home is warm again. Also, Grant and Noah came in the afternoon to remove the old heater and installed the new one. Did it in about 4 hours, then cleaned up the area where they worke,, took away the old furnace and never made a mess. Great job guys!

  Tyler was very knowledgeable and helped to make sure I understood what was needed to replace my current water heater and helped to explain currently available water heaters and their features to ensure that our quality expectations would be maintained. Without his guidance we probably would have made the wrong decision and just purchased a big box store product to save on expenses. Thanks to his knowledgeable input we can rest assured that we have made the best choice for our future hot water needs. May our old water heater rust in pieces as it survived and served us well for 30+ years. Thank you Summers for being a reliable source for our plumbing needs.
