He was thorough and took his time, I definitely didn't feel like he rushed his time or work. That was very reassuring, especially in today's world. From the time the appointment was booked, Larry arrived on time and thoroughly spent time inspecting my furnace and provided detailed information to someone such as myself that is not knowledgeable about the topic. After diagnosing the problem and seeing it was something other than he originally thought, he called me back and was able to fix it in the same visit for a cheaper repair for the different part needed. I will be calling them in the spring/early summer to look at my air conditioning unit.
