He took every precaution to keep things as clean as possible and cleaned up after himself. He kept us informed of everything he was doing. We are very happy with it looks like.

- MSMike StoverDec 24, 20255.0Had a shower conversion done. Nick was the fellow who did the install. A very good installer who answered all our questions and did an outstanding job. Excellent clean up after demo and finish. The shower looks good and was pretty much as we expected. Issues with the shower control need to be addressed yet. A couple of disconnects between what the sales guy said and reality: Samples of the panels were not accurate; panels were said to be “fused” in the corners which was not true; panels were son to be fused to the plywood backer which was not true; shower pan drain location specified was not passed to the installer, got center drain instead of back side drain; we declined the chrome grab bar but it came anyway; opted for a shower curtain instead of glass doors with sales guy agreeing to supply new shower curtain..which was not supplied; shower curtain rod was not installed at our request BUT the rod was not left here for us. Overall we are satisfied.

The guy showed up and was energetic at first which was kind of a good start but then gave us our quote of over 20k for a single bathtub install. Not in our budget, fine. When we told him no, he stayed in our home for another hour and 15 minutes arguing with us about whether or not we should do it. Even after telling him no multiple times. Eventually telling us if we didn't get this bathtub we were risking the health and mental health of our newborn for not getting tub. He kept asking what would make us say yes and wouldn't let us explain that it was not in our budget currently. Making insane comparisons when we asked for an extension like would a cop give an extension or give him a warning if he hit someone with his car and how that wasnt possible so neither was this extension. Would not recommend this company if theyre going to argue and try to double talk and trick you into saying yes to something out of your budget.
