They kept us updated in every step from ordering the materials to tons of amazing pictures during the tear off and installation of the new roof. Nicholas and Jake and their team where extremely professional and in 12 hours had completely tore off and installed not only a new roof on our house, garage, and sunroom but also installed a brand new skylight, and vents. They took great care in replacing any bad boards and only replaced one, that shows me they are truly ethical and care about their work! My property remained clean both during and after, they kept the debris picked up and took extra care in walking around and making sure they got everything. They where so polite, even asking permission to play their music (absolutely you can!!). The quote was exactly the price we paid (plus the one board:))Thank you to Nicholas, Jake, and your team. Waited several days and called back because I never heard back from them. Was told the someone came and did an estimate but they hadn't received it in the office yet and I never got an email from the estimator. Waited several more days before deciding to do the job myself. They may be a good company to work with but as far as receiving an initial sales estimate for the job, but can't say they followed through with the task! If this is indicative of their work ethics, I would continue to look for another contractor to do the work!
