It was not a product that he had parts for but he took the time to help clarify some questions that I had after I had researched how to debug the system. I took it apart and thoroughly cleaned all the parts to no avail, and the failing system was not covered under warranty. He wrote up estimates for four options with Aqua Systems and helped me choose the best product for my situation. This was while I was out of town helping family. The company fit me into their already tight schedule the next day (Wednesday) because they were nearby with another home's installation. That was incredibly helpful because I was returning to town on Thursday and needed to leave town on Saturday and I could use/test the new water softener while I was there. Brian and Ben called me from my home after installation, tested my water for sulfur at me request, and provided additional options to address a sulfur issue. They gave me pros and cons of each option and we jointly decided to try the water with the new softener for now and develop a plan to address the sulfur if I decide something needs to be done. They were very informative and were willing to answer all of my questions. I was very thankful to have found a great team and I recommend them highly.

He even spent extra time answering our questions before he left making sure we understood how to maintain our purchase. We appreciated his good communication skills. We also had a good experience with Nick in the showroom who helped us choose the right softener from the get go.
