  By far the friendliest and most responsive HVAC company around! If you want a great product from a great family owned business, buy from Book! Our house is so much more comfortable since we installed our ac and furnace.

  Book went above and beyond for me and I cannot recommend them enough. My AC unit went out one night and as a new home owner I was extremely worried. I called Book the next morning and spoke to Renee who was very sweet and polite. Joe came out the same day to assess and had the issues fixed extremely timely! He was professional, courteous and mindful when explaining the problem, you can tell they treat their clients with respect and genuine care. They are phenomenal and I will always use them :)

  Can’t say enough good things about Book! Called for a furnace repair and they had someone out within the hour. The technician that came was so respectful, knowledgeable, and friendly. We ended needing a new furnace and ac until (our current one was 22 years old). The owner and another technician came back out the same day to install our new units. They worked very late and in the rain to get the job done! I would recommend them to anyone a thousand times over! You have gained a lifelong customer!

  I had Kevin take a look at my furnace and diagnosed that it was the control board that needed to be replaced when another furnace company recomended I buy a new furnace. Kevin saved me around $3,000.
