  We had a couple issues with our roof (from a different contractor). Our roof is only about 6 years old. When we contacted ARC Roofing, Ryan quickly responded and came out. Ryan made a couple quick repairs on the first trip. Ryan said he would be back a few days later. Ryan showed up when he said he would, and he quickly completed the remaining repairs. Ryan was on time, very professional, and very knowledgeable about what he was doing. He quickly located the issues and fixed the problems. He did not try to oversell us on anything. He was completely honest and reasonable with us. I would absolutely not hesitate to reach out to Ryan and ARC Roofing for future work. I wish I would have known about ARC Roofing years ago. Thankfully, a friend referred us to ARC Roofing. ARC Roofing has put two roofs on two homes for that friend, and they were extremely pleased (hence why they recommended ARC Roofing to us).

  ARC was amazing to work with! Jillian was always quick to respond to any questions I had and easy to work with. The team that replaced our roof was efficient and very clean. I was so surprised that they left the yard and landscaping so immaculate! I would highly suggest ARC to anyone I know, and I’m so happy with how the new roof turned out.

  I have to give Arc a five star rating, but i would love to give them ten. I had a terrible situation when my insurance would not help me cover the storm damage to my roof. It took so much time and energy but Arc stayed with me the entire way while I struggled to secure the funding. In between they fought on my behalf, helped mitigate the damage and handled it with class the entire year and a half long ordeal. There really could not have been a better company to handle my roof, and i will continue using them in the future.

  Our experience with arc was everything I hoped for. A wonderful family company. Very approachable even when there in a drive through for coffee. There crews come to work everyday with a focus on quality. Walk around your neighborhood and look at other work and you’ll call arc. Thanks for everything
