The project scope was significant: structural repairs where needed, full replacement of the deck surface with a premium, long-lasting product, new lighting, and complete weatherproofing of the lower level to create usable space underneath. The owner personally handled the initial contact, detailed estimate, and overall job management, which gave us total confidence from day one. He was incredibly responsive, explained every option clearly, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. Their small crew (including the owner’s son) was impressive—hard-working, professional, and respectful of our property. They worked efficiently without unnecessary disruption, and the attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the build.   We had a great experience with Troy Built Decks. From start to finish, their communication was excellent and they kept us informed every step of the way. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and completed the project much faster than we expected. Troy and Tom were both extremely helpful throughout the entire process. They answered all of our questions, made sure everything was done right, and were very easy to work with. On top of that, their pricing was very fair compared to other quotes we received. If you're looking for a reliable, professional team to build or work on your deck, I would definitely recommend Troy Built Decks!
